Terms and Conditions of undertaking Family Tree Research
All information will be kept confidential between Tracerelations and the customer
No charge will be made unless information is found
We cannot estimate how long your research will take. We endeavor to take a reasonable amount of time to complete requested research, but cannot undertake research with deadlines except with a minimum of six months notice. (for example a Birthday or Christmas present)
Prices agreed in initial quote may be subject to change if there are unforeseen expenses in the tracing of the Family Tree
Research will only go ahead and be charged for if agreed in advance by the customer
Customers may need to send an advance payment to cover cost of ordering of certificates in advance of final payments for family trees and research.
